Brittany Sperry (Baker), LCSW-S, CCTP is a licensed clinical social worker and supervisor with over 18 years of clinical leadership experience across behavioral health and substance use services, spanning outpatient, inpatient, and crisis response settings. She currently serves in an executive leadership role overseeing outpatient services, where she leads service-line development, project implementation, and enterprise-wide clinical quality initiatives designed to expand access and strengthen outcomes across agencies.

Brittany is known for bridging clinical excellence and operational strategy, providing consultation to multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical programming, workflow effectiveness, and sustainable growth. Alongside her executive work, she serves as an adjunct faculty member in social work education and maintains direct clinical experience as a crisis clinician, conducting risk assessments and coordinating appropriate levels of care for children, adolescents, and families navigating acute behavioral health needs.
