About Aadhar
MENTAL WELLNESS FOR ALL
Aadhar – Non-Profit Mental Health Services
Aadhar (from the Hindi word आधार that means support) is dedicated to promoting mental wellness, emotional wellbeing, reducing stigma, and providing accessible resources for individuals and families facing mental health challenges.
Established in 2024, we cater to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, recognizing that mental health is a universal concern that transcends age, gender, culture, and socioeconomic status. Our holistic approach combines education, peer support, and therapeutic services tailored to individual needs.
Healing takes time. Healing may leave scars. In the mental health landscape, scars may be invisible. Aadhar aims to reach out to those invisible depths of human minds and assist with healthy healing.
Aadhar (support) is the much-needed element in the mental health treatment journey.
Our collaboration with the North Texas Behavioral Health Authority (NTBHA) allows AADHAR Mental Wellness to reach more individuals and families with the care they deserve. By working together, we are breaking down barriers to mental health services and creating stronger connections across Dallas, Rockwall, Ellis, Hunt, Navarro, and Kaufman counties. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to building healthier, more resilient communities where support and healing are always within reach.
