Throughout her career, Bridget has provided behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Her clinical experience spans multiple levels of care, including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), residential treatment, inpatient psychiatric settings, and individual therapy.
Bridget utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care — tailoring treatment to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.
In addition to her behavioral health experience, Bridget has supported patients and families impacted by significant medical and psychological trauma within hospital settings, providing emotional support, crisis intervention, advocacy, and access to essential resources during challenging times.
She is deeply committed to helping individuals build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and achieve meaningful personal growth. Her passion is to provide compassionate guidance, support, and hope to those navigating life’s most difficult circumstances — empowering them to move toward healing and lasting well-being.
